Support users via email chat or ticketing systems (no phone calls in most cases).
Assist with platform usage account access and content-related inquiries.
Monitor and moderate user-generated content (text images videos ads).
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and escalate complex cases as needed.
Stay updated on platform changes features and internal policies.
Collaborate with colleagues and team leads to maintain quality and consistency.
