Job Summary

RQ09735 - Sr. Business Analyst

Toronto (Yonge St.)

Hybrid: 3 Days onsite / 2 days remote

- From October 20 2025 the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home

- From January 5 2026 the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully

Contract 6 months until march possible extension

Security Level: CRJMC (must get clearance before start date)

Note: Work assets such as laptops are not permitted to be taken out Province of Ontario without written permission from ADM/CIO.

Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs. Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their requirements through gathering documenting and analyzing business needs and requirements. Prepares and advises on business analysis policies processes best practices and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the organization.

Must Haves:

Experience with Agile project methodology leveraging Jira and/or DevOps
Experience transposing requirements into coherent user stories
Strong communications consultations and interpersonal skills to determine client needs
Experience working with the business users IT development teams and external vendors
Strong business relationship skills as cross-functional collaboration is highly desired.
Experience related to cybersecurity projects within large organizations.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience with Public / OPS organizations.
