Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Social Work Manager to lead the Social Work team and oversee the effectiveness of social services and behavioral health programs. This leadership role is accountable for ensuring high-quality delivery of care compliance with standards and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Essential Job Duties:

Manage Social Work Supervisors Social Workers Behavioral Health Specialists and Assistants including hiring training supervising and coaching.
Oversee social work assessments and participation in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of social work interventions as outlined in participant care plans.
Monitor compliance in all social work areas including documentation assessments care planning participant rights and grievance processes.
Oversee behavioral health programming such as support groups individual counseling and family education; collaborate with community professionals as needed.
Participate in end-of-life care coordination and support.
Conduct home visits as necessary.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW required); licensure preferred.
2 to 5 years of social work experience with at least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience strongly preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with frail or elderly populations.
Excellent clinical organizational and communication skills.
Valid state drivers license with a clean driving record; proof of insurance required.

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $107412 - $141565 / year Bonus Equity.
