Remote Hospitality Scheduler
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Hospitality Scheduler.
In this role you will assist clients with planning and booking memorable experiences worldwide including flights hotels resorts cruises rail services excursions transfers and events.
We are looking for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy helping others communicate effectively and thrive in a flexible remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage customized itineraries
- Research and arrange reservations across multiple services
- Understand and meet client needs
- Provide budget-friendly recommendations
- Stay updated on industry changes
- Resolve booking issues promptly
- Maintain accurate client records
- Participate in training and educational opportunities

Requirements:
