What Youll Be Doing
- Manage daily service call requests and dispatch work orders to field technicians.
- Optimize daily routes to ensure productivity and on-time appointments.
- Monitor technicians work order status and make real-time adjustments as needed.
- Communicate with customers before and after service to ensure a great experience.
- Collaborate with management and team members to resolve issues and maintain efficiency.
- Maintain regular contact with technicians to provide support or adjust service levels based on customer calls.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dispatch or scheduling role.
- Experience in Pest Control Lawn Care HVAC or Plumbing is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with Google Apps (Docs Sheets) and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
