What We Offer:

Net Salary: 42000 TL (860 EUR)

Attendance Bonus: 5000 TL (if 100% shift compliance is maintained valid until the end of 2025)

Quality Bonus: Up to 10% of net salary

Flexible Working Hours:

Weekdays between 09:00 20:00 CET (summer until 18:00 winter adds 1 hour)

Shift options: 09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00 / 11:0020:00 / 12:0021:00 / 13:0022:00

Your Responsibilities:
-
Conduct virtual recruitment for Imtron NL
-
Screen resumes contact candidates and coordinate interviews
-
Communicate with hiring managers to support the recruitment process

Maintain candidate data and track recruitment metrics in ATS

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
What Were Looking For:

Fluent in Dutch

Eligible to work in Turkey

Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
