Day-to-Day:
Delivering high-quality support in German via phone email and chat.
Managing inquiries with accuracy efficiency and empathy.
Documenting cases to ensure service continuity.
Sharing insights with your team and leadership.
Taking part in ongoing training and skill development.
Requirements
- German fluency (C1) strong English
- Problem-solving mindset
- Relocation to Greece (support provided)
- Previous CSR experience is a plus
