ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor all preparation and production procedures to ensure proper holding/heating temperatures rotation flavor texture and presentation of the food.
- Conduct sanitation inspections to ensure that the staff is complying with safe-handling procedures.
- Expedite food orders prepare and produce food items as required.
- Establish production levels for each shift based on computer generated guest levels.
- Schedule departmental staff coverage.
- Maintain the inventory of food products organize coolers and storeroom and requisition supplies as needed.
- Oversee activities of Culinary Staff and provide instruction or guidance as necessary.
- Must be able to work various shifts and hours to include holidays and weekends.
- Required to take and pass a Food Service Sanitation course within one year of accepting the position.
- Other duties as assigned.
