Note:The qualified candidate for this position must have an active Maryland law license and 5 years of family law experience.

Job Description
- Lead complex family law cases including divorce custody child support property division and domestic violence matters
- Manage caseload independently from intake to resolution
- Draft and review pleadings motions and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in hearings trials depositions and mediations
- Provide strategic advice and compassionate client service
- Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and colleagues
- Contribute to the continued growth of the family law practice
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Maryland (required)
- DC Bar admission preferred or ability to waive in
- 5 years of family law experience with litigation and trial exposure
- Strong legal writing negotiation and courtroom skills
- Proven ability to develop case strategies and deliver excellent client service
- Leadership skills with interest in mentoring junior attorneys
