We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our Strategic Sales & Analytics (SS&A) team focused on supporting the Shark business across EMEA. This role is central to providing actionable insights driving category performance and enabling commercial teams to deliver against growth objectives in Sharks core categories. The position is based in our vibrant London office.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability commercial awareness and curiosity to deep-dive into sales market and customer data. You will support SS&A Leads Sales and Marketing to ensure data-driven decisions that maximize growth and profitability across multiple countries.

Here are some of the EXCITING things youll get to do:

DataAnalysis and Report Development:

• Drive actions through quantitative and qualitative data analysis to ensure winning at each subcategory.
• Be the expert on data and insight internally generate and present actionable insights on pricing promotional impacts positioning competitive landscape and market needs to develop comprehensive strategies.
• Conduct financial modelling including variance analysis and trend analysis to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage delivery of daily weekly monthly deliverables reporting on the health of the category.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in performance reporting and analysis by maintaining robust data governance processes and controls.
• Work closely with the data analytics teams to build and improve regular reports and dashboards
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis as needed to support decision-making and address business inquiries.

Strategy Development:

• Leverage the data analytics and translate into strategy and actions but drive continued growth in the categories
• Support building the category strategy and plans to win including product assortment pricing and promotional activities
• Identify category gaps/opportunities craft sales stories with strategic recommendations that differentiate SharkNinja from competitors helping to increase distribution space and displays.
• Set clear targets and beacon across KPIs and track against them to ensure continuous growth
• Support and pressure test local strategy and forecast to ensure alignment with EMEA level guidance

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance accounting operations and other departments to gather data understand business drivers and support decision-making.
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders through presentations reports and meetings.
• Drive presentations to communicate financial performance and key insights to senior management and key stakeholders
• Able to spot the smoke and communicate effectively across the organization to find solutions

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

• 3 years of experience in commercial management with strong data analysis background
• Preferred bachelors degree in finance accounting Business Administration or related field
• Strong commercial acumen and mindset
• Obsessed with Winning mindset
• Genuine desire to learn about commercial/category management and grow into the role
• Ability to spot the smoke identify problems and analyse root causes to develop effective solutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial data identify trends and draw insights to drive business decisions.
• High proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g. Excel PowerPoint PowerBI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
