Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovativeRPA Developerto join our team in Houston TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing developing and deploying automation solutions primarily usingUiPath. Experience withUiPath Document Understandingis highly preferred. Familiarity withMicrosoft Power Automateis a strong plus. We are looking for someone enthusiastic aboutAI Agentsand automation who is eager to contribute to transformative technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implementRPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements
- Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions for performance and scalability
- Conduct testing debugging and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployments
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation process maps and operational support materials
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation strategies
- Provide production support including monitoring and resolving incidents related to RPA workflows
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security compliance and governance of automation solutions
Qualifications
- 25 years of professional experience in RPA development
- Strong proficiency inUiPath (Studio Orchestrator and Robot components)
- Preference for experience withUiPath Document Understanding
- Familiarity withMicrosoft Power Automate is a plus
- Enthusiasm forAI intelligent automation and emerging technologies
- Broadersoftware development experience (e.g. .NET C# VB or Python) is a plus
- Knowledge ofSQL APIs and web services integration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field preferred
