Responsibilities

Ready to Support Client Success Through Expert Coordination and Analysis

Were seeking a detail-oriented professional who can support new client onboarding while providing exceptional ongoing service. As our Account Management Coordinator youll act as product expert and trusted partner helping resolve client issues analyze benefit trends and support renewals.

What Youll Actually Do

  • Partner with Account Managers to uphold high standards of client satisfaction and relationship management
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries escalations and service issues

  • Assist Account Managers in responding to client inquiries and service tickets

  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with internal team members brokers and client teams as assigned

  • Demonstrate understanding of medical claims workflows adjudication EOBs and appeals

  • Able to identify issues investigate causes and escalate appropriately

  • Liaise with the internal Claims Department to gather explanations escalate errors or request adjustments

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Claims Eligibility IT Compliance) to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Clear written and verbal communication with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Accuracy in reviewing and tracking complex claim data

  • Able to identify issues investigate causes and escalate appropriately

  • Manage multiple priorities with heightened attention to details and deliverable dates

  • Request Reports as requested to support Account Managers and Broker inquiries

  • Supporting maintaining accurate client records

  • Participate and/or host client meetings as appropriate

  • Support Account Mangers with renewal execution process

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The foundational experience:

  • 1 years experience in health insurance employee benefits human resources or healthcare industry
  • Experience onboarding new clients and providing account-based service is ideal
  • Comfortable working with HR Directors and Executives

The communication competencies:

  • Clear written and verbal communication style with strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders while maintaining professional approach

  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and as part of team
