Responsibilities

Ready to Support Client Success Through Expert Coordination and Analysis

Were seeking a detail-oriented professional who can support new client onboarding while providing exceptional ongoing service. As our Account Management Coordinator youll act as product expert and trusted partner helping resolve client issues analyze benefit trends and support renewals.

What makes this role different

Cross-functional collaboration: Work across business functions to ensure client needs are met while maintaining accurate client records

Problem-solving focus: Research issues access necessary resources and escalate to appropriate experts for resolution

Strategic support: Assist Account Managers during contract renewal process while supporting open enrollment activities

Client relationship building: Participate in and host client meetings while providing ongoing support and education

What Youll Actually Do

  • Partner with Account Managers to uphold high standards of client satisfaction and relationship management
  • Act as the primary daily point of contact for Client to resolve problems and provide data.
  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with client and broker partners
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries escalations and service issues
  • Apply critical thinking to identify and investigate systemic issues affecting client members and contribute to effective resolution strategies
  • Act as the primary daily contact for the benefits teams and brokers for your assigned book of business; ensuring timely and accurate support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally as client advocate with internal teams to drive resolution of client concerns.
  • Manage multiple priorities with heightened attention to details and deliverable dates.
  • Provide updates to client teams with clearly defined and agreeable completion dates.
  • Communicate clearly and timely with client teams on pending issues.
  • Follow up frequently on pending issues with various internal stakeholders.
  • Request Reports as requested by client; Validate accuracy of data and deliver reports timely.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The foundational experience:

  • 1 years experience in health insurance employee benefits human resources or healthcare industry
  • Experience onboarding new clients and providing account-based service is ideal
  • Comfortable working with HR Directors and Executives

The communication competencies:

  • Clear written and verbal communication style with strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders while maintaining professional approach

The professional qualities:

  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and as part of team
