We are seeking a driven tech-savvySales Managerto join our team and help grow our business by building strong relationships with flooring stores and distributors.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will lead a small sales team while actively managing B2B sales throughout the the U.S. This is a hybrid role combining in-office leadership with travel to meet clients drive new business and strengthen existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mentor and support a team of 2 sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting flooring stores and distributors in the region.
Identify prospect and close new business opportunities to grow revenue.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business.
Track and manage sales pipeline opportunities and customer interactions usingHubSpot CRM.
Represent Grill Works at industry events trade shows and customer visits.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations product demonstrations and proposals.
Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience preferably in flooring building products or related industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to travel domestically as required.
Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable in both strategic planning and hands-on sales activities.
