Were on the lookout for a commercially savvy HR Business Partner to join our team initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to moving permanent. Based at our Bedford site youll be a key ingredient in our operational team supporting a busy manufacturing site where the pace is fast.
What youll bring to the table:
- Partnering with operational leaders to deliver strategic and hands-on HR support.
- Driving cultural change and embedding a coaching-led approach to people management.
- Supporting workforce planning succession and talent pipeline development.
- Leading on employee relations policy development and engagement initiatives.
- Championing our values and ensuring a consistent human approach to employee relations.
