Loss Prevention Supervisor

We are seeking a professional and decisive Loss Prevention Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent inventory loss ensure the safety of employees and customers and protect company assets.

• Develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures
• Supervise and train loss prevention team members
• Conduct investigations into incidents of theft fraud or other security breaches
• Analyze data and prepare reports on loss prevention metrics and trends
• Collaborate with store management to address security concerns and implement solutions
• Monitor and maintain security systems and equipment
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to security and loss prevention
• Respond to and manage emergency situations
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience in loss prevention or retail security
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Security Management or related field preferred
• Loss Prevention Certification (LPC) or similar certification preferred
• Proficiency in loss prevention techniques and security systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
• In-depth knowledge of retail industry and loss prevention best practices
• Understanding of local laws and regulations related to security and loss prevention
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
