Job Summary
You will develop reusable templates and supporting tools with a strong focus on accessibility semantic HTML and performance. The work spans both public and internal web channels and includes enabling customization via a content management workflow. Expect close collaboration with designers and developers high standards of code quality and navigating the complexity of global systems.
Must-have requirements
- Strong semantic HTML accessibility and modern CSS/JS practices.
- Hands-on experience with multiple frameworks/libraries (React Svelte Vue) and understanding of their trade-offs.
- Practical knowledge of Core Web Vitals and web optimization.
- Clear understanding of CSR SSR and SSG rendering models.
- Experience with animation libraries (e.g. GSAP) and performance-safe motion.
- Working knowledge of SEO and accessibility principles.
- Familiarity with Git code reviews release flows; writing clean testable maintainable code.
- Experience with common cloud technologies.
- Ability to explain choices prioritize in fast-moving contexts and find simple solutions to complex problems.
Nice-to-have requirements
- Experience working in complex global web ecosystems.
- Understanding of large-scale retail IT landscapes.
- Up-to-date knowledge of frontend trends and ability to apply them in a commercial environment.
