Job Summary

You will work on a long-term project for the leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise.

Role description: The Packaging team part of the End User Computing division delivers automated solutions for packaging signing and deploying applications used across the company. Operating under an Agile model the team is organized into squads each responsible for specific technologies.

This role focuses on application support with a strong emphasis on L3 support operations and site reliability. The engineer will maintain automation systems support infrastructure and ensure operational excellence across environments. The tech stack of application includes Java microservices DevOps pipelines and scripting tools.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and support backend systems and automation scripts for packaging and deployment.
Perform operational support for Java-based applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and network issues across platforms.
Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to improve system reliability and performance.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Create and maintain technical documentation including setup guides and release notes.
Stay updated on best practices in system administration and monitoring.

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

Apple Mac sysadmin support skills: build setup configuration (especially SSH) and troubleshooting.
Strong networking skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues collaboratively.
Proficiency in Teamcity / GitHub Actions for DevOps automation.
Familiarity with Сore Java.
Understanding of network protocols and systems (SSH LDAP AD DNS IP)
Fluency in English

Nice to have:

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript HTML5)
Operating system knowledge: MacOS Linux (RHEL) Windows
