The Role
Context
Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Discovery Analyst to join our dynamic fintech team. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping the early stages of product development across retail media digital authentication and digital wallet initiatives. As a Discovery Analyst youll be the orchestrator of the Discovery phase - ensuring alignment clarity and momentum from ideation to execution.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Discovery Phase
- Identify and engage all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure a holistic understanding of business needs and technical constraints.
- Manage the Discovery Template
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of the Discovery documentation by contributors (Product Managers Sales Requestors Compliance etc).
- Maintain a high standard of clarity and completeness in all inputs.
- Ensure Initiative Alignment
- Collaborate with fellow Discovery Analysts to maintain consistency across parallel initiatives.
- Promote best practices and shared learnings across teams.
- Raise Awareness of Impacts
- Proactively identify impacted teams and communicate implications on systems processes and assets.
- Ensure proper involvement and readiness across all affected domains.
- Track and Communicate Progress
- Contribute to Discovery review meetings with clear updates risks and blockers.
- Maintain visibility of timelines and deliverables for all stakeholders.
- Prepare for UX/UI Design and Certifications
- Coordinate with UX/UI teams to deliver comprehensive design briefs.
- Ensure all necessary certifications and compliance requirements are identified and addressed.
Focus Areas
- Retail Media: Support the development of monetization strategies and ad-tech integrations within payment platforms.
- Digital Authentication: Drive secure and seamless identity verification solutions across user journeys.
- Digital Wallet: Enable innovative wallet features tokenization and cross-platform payment experiences.
Who were looking for
- Proven experience in product discovery business analysis or project coordination - preferably in fintech or digital services.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UX/UI processes and regulatory environments (e.g. PCI-DSS KYC).
- Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying dependencies and risks early.
- Passion for emerging technologies in payments identity and media.

Practical Information

- Contract type: Full-time permanent (CDI)

- Remote work: Up to 3 days/week
