Job Description

Account Manager /Customer Success Join Our Early US Team!

Based: Chicago (flexible working)

Salary: $60000 - $65000 Benefits

There are currently over 1 million SMB consumer goods brands ordering $1 trillion of raw ingredients every year imagine if all of that happened on one platform. Thats the mission were on at Opply.

Right now most brands order separately with small teams and low volumes wasting stock and paying way above market price. Opply fixes this by:

- Partnering with the worlds biggest suppliers unlocking access to pricing usually reserved for the big players.

- Using our AI-driven platform to automate ordering exactly when and where ingredients are needed.

- Offering smart data-led credit so brands can sell their products before they even pay for their ingredients.

    What Youll Be Doing

    As an Account Manager youll be at the heart of making sure our brands succeed.

    Youll:

    - Own account activation and growth building strong long-term relationships.

    - Drive platform engagement spotting up sell and cross-sell opportunities.

    - Partner across sourcing operations product and marketing to deliver a seamless brand experience.

    - Be the voice of your accounts internally shaping how our product evolves.

    - Keep accounts healthy thriving and excited to scale with Opply.

      What You Bring

      - 2 years experience in Account Management Customer Success or Sales (B2B experience ideal).

      - A proven track record of building trust and hitting commercial targets.

      - Energy grit and scrappiness you dont wait for answers you make things happen.

      - An ownership mindset proactive commercially sharp and always looking to create more value.

      - Experience or curiosity in the food/consumer goods space Even better.
