Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Electrical Engineering or related technical field; Masters degree preferred
- 7 years of software project management experience
- Hands-on software engineering and development background - we value candidates who have written code built systems and understand the development lifecycle from experience
- Confirmed expertise in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications
- Shown success delivering high-quality software projects on time through effective quality management and achievement tracking
- Track record of identifying technical risks early and leading technical deep dives with SW engineers DevOps and QA to resolve sophisticated technical challenges
- Excellent presentation skills with validated experience delivering clear project updates and priorities
- Knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies (Agile DevOps quality assurance processes)
- Passion for operational perfection and customer-focused outcomes
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus: PMP Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM PSM) SAFe or equivalent program management credentials
- Continuous learning attitude with dedication to staying ahead of with industry best practices and new technologies (AI/ML)
