We are looking for a Engineer with a strong background in applied machine learning and robotics perception.
The role focuses on building advanced perception pipelines that enable robots to detect interpret and respond to their surroundings.
You will design implement and optimize algorithms for visual sensing object detection depth estimation and scene understanding. You will collaborate closely with robotics engineers software developers and project managers to deliver perception pipelines that are robust efficient and ready for deployment in real-world robotic applications.
Candidates with hands-on expertise in computer vision Linux development and modern software engineering practices will thrive in this position.
Tasks
- Your responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize computer vision and machine learning models for robotic perception tasks.
- Work with large image and sensor datasets to train validate and deploy models.
- Integrate algorithms into real-time Linux environments for embedded and robotic systems.
- Collaborate using Git/Bitbucket follow pull request best practices and track progress in Jira.
- Contribute to system testing and validation to ensure robustness in challenging conditions.
Requirements
- Your profile:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Robotics Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of professional experience in computer vision machine learning or robotics.
- Proficiency with Linux environments and modern development workflows (Git/Bitbucket Jira).
- Solid programming skills in Python and/or C.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch TensorFlow).
- Experience in robotic perception tasks such as undistortion depth completion or semantic/instance labeling is a plus.
