We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to focus on search ranking relevance and recommenders. Working together with data scientists engineers and designers you will help connect millions of buyers with sellers on AutoScout24.
At AutoScout24 we support each other by sharing knowledge and building a culture of collaboration. We look for people who enjoy a hybrid work format as we usually meet in the office twice a week to exchange ideas and collaborate in person.
What youll do
- Define and articulate the product strategy roadmap and success criteria
- Understand our buyers needs with extensive data analysis and qualitative research
- Identify and prioritise the most impactful opportunities for more sophisticated ML models personalisation and relevance features
- Derive clear and pragmatic solutions for these opportunities together your team
- Analyse the data to understand your teams impact and how it affects the flow of traffic on the marketplace
- Manage highly engaged technical and commercial stakeholders across the organisation
What youll bring:
- A track record (5 years) of building products that users love by following modern product management best practices
- Experience (5 years) in leading cross-functional product teams working on sophisticated engineering systems
- A strong foundation math and statistics. Experience (5 years) working with machine learning models is beneficial.
- Deep analytical and data storytelling skills
- The ability to communicate persuasively and to simplify complex technical details to less technical stakeholders and leadership.
