GENERAL DESCRIPTION:


This position provides administrative and case management support to the Wyoming Real Estate Commission and Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board. Working closely with the Senior Investigator Commissioners Board Members agency attorneys and the public this position ensures all disciplinary case deadlines are met and in compliance with federal and state requirements. As a small agency staff perform a variety of duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The listed functions are illustrative only and are not intended to describe every function that may be performed in the job level.


  • Receive and process verified complaints against licensees appraisers and Appraisal Management Companies (AMCS)
  • Manage case dockets calendars and procedural deadlines
  • Coordinate document production and compile docket materials
  • Maintain organized records indexes and disciplinary documents
  • Enter verify and audit data in the agencys licensing system
  • Assist with licensing for real estate professionals appraisers and AMCs
  • Provides courteous and professional customer service via phone and email
  • Provide administrative support to Commission and Board liaisons the Fiscal Manager and general office operations;

Qualifications


PREFERENCES:


Experience in legal regulatory or case management support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with database entry Microsoft 365 and Google Products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience in a professional setting
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment


KNOWLEDGE:



Education:
Bachelors Degree (Typically in Legal Studies/Paralegal)
Experience:
0-1 year of progressive work experience in (Legal Studies/Paralegal)
OR
Education & ExperienceSubstitution:
3-4 years of progressive work experience in (Legal Studies/Paralegal)
