Senior Technical Project Manager – Infrastructure – On-PremCloud Hybrid (SaaS)

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

technical & infrastructure projects encompassing on-premise systems (Oracle Exadata ExaCC) cloud platforms (Oracle OCI GCP) and transitional states in between.
experience in program/project management SDLC agile software development.
organize and monitor inter-connected projects through a program master plan.
all the internal and external resources whether human or technical required to complete the program successfully
project roadmaps define technical workstreams manage risks and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
overall control of the schedule and the delivery of all expected deliverables
and co-ordinate all project/cross-project activities and cross-functional project teams (cloud engineers network/security teams DevOps external vendors).
and control schedule deadlines budgets and activities
change risk and resource management
detailed documentation including architectural diagrams transformation playbooks and operational handoffs.
as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers (cloud vendors managed services network partners).
projects higher scope issues
to track the overall benefits of the program regarding benefit realization (did it accomplish the goal)
-action on issues of non-compliance in quality and ensure all project products are in accordance with quality standards
project/ program cadences and governance and maintain ongoing contact with the client project manager and ensure ongoing close work relationship
plans responsibilities and status to project stakeholders
and communicate all outstanding issues risks and decisions and change requests
and maintain Projects/program financials such as actuals budget forecast claim codes POs payments and invoicing logs.
procurement management activities (submit PO requests licensing orders follow up orders procurement escalations etc.)
