How You Fit In

Youll be joining an international team of Product Managers who manage different aspects of our end-to-end process: Discovery Design Engineering and Scale.

Were looking for PMs who want to hit the ground running in the first weeks and help us upgrade our processes and standards as we go. We need people with experience who can drop their egos and deliver results with a smile. This would not be a good first role in tech but itd be a great role for someone looking to leverage their experience in a startup-like environment.

At STRV Your Role Will Be to

• Guide our client-facing teams of Designers Engineers and QA testers to build and launch kick-ass digital products on a timeline and budget

• Assist our Sales team and Engineering Leads in conversations and product estimations with prospective clients

• Guarantee end-to-end delivery of projects from conception design and engineering to analytics and insights

• Execute the first phase of a relationship with incoming clients: our Discovery Phase starting with ideas and ending with a product/design output plus potential user testing

• Manage stakeholder expectations internally (C-level Sales Engineering Managers) and externally (Client Stakeholders 3rd parties)

• Create team-wide solutions to individual problems that can be shared with and taught to our whole PM team

We Expect You to Have

• 3 years of product management experience (1 or more years in direct contact with clients/customers) with a track record of shipping several successful digital products end-to-end (mobile and web apps wearables etc.)

• The characteristics of an independent professional manager

• Great communication and organization skills with an eye for detail

• Experience with most of the following: market research product specification user testing user interviews user personas story writing agile development and respective software development activities (sprint planning grooming retros standups demos etc.)

• A focus on solving problems while not being afraid to have tough conversations

• Native-level English youll guide our engineering teams and clients from all over the world to build great products

• Innate curiosity you are not afraid to ask how things work and can do this in a pleasant way

• Extreme ownership you take ownership of the products you develop and lead them in such a way

• Continuous learning you continuously want to learn and grow professionally and personally

• Willingness to travel to our LA office and/or visit US-based clients in various states as needed

A few things to know: STRV people represent over 20 nationalities so our official language is English. As for meeting our US clients there may be times youll get to visit them or you may see them strolling through our Prague office since theyre often curious to see STRV in action and to meet their team in person.
