Job Description
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team in the High Desert area. The ideal candidate will have over one year of experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
- Load unload and stage products and materials in designated areas.
- Prepare products and materials for shipment ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inspect forklifts before each use and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
- Ability to handle physical workload including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
