Your Role:
As a Field Services Coordinator youll be responsible for supporting the mobilisation and coordination of field service operations. Youll ensure that materials tooling personnel and logistics are in place to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange tooling equipment and shipping based on project requirements.
- Compile workpacks and RAMS for field jobs.
- Confirm manpower availability and coordinate travel and accommodation.
- Liaise with healthcare providers for vaccinations and compliance for visas.
- Manage provision of laptops phones and other field service essentials.
- Conduct customer close-out meetings and submit completion reports.
- Process timesheets purchase orders and invoices.
- Support planning and costing of manpower for upcoming jobs.
What Youll Bring:
- Previous experience in logistics or coordination within an office environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
