Job Description

The Biotech Solutions Partnership and Engagement Senior Specialist completes operational processes to optimize daily activities and performance to engage at all levels of the sector-wide biotech organization. This role is uniquely positioned to influence the prioritization of initiatives supported or led by the team ensuring flawless execution and outstanding collaboration.

A day in the Life:

  • Prepares reports presentations and other content needed for business updates.
  • Develops content for client meetings (i.e. governance partnership meetings collection of sector-level metrics and data).
  • Leads the teams shared mailbox and online collaboration workspaces and tools.
  • Directs account setup and operationalization for internal and external team members.
  • Facilitates relationship management & coordination across the sector.
  • Drives technical or process integration.
  • Participates in high-profile partnership pursuit initiatives.
  • Leads workstreams associated with partnership implementation.
  • Monitors customer experience through partnership surveys and feedback.
  • Generates a range of support materials presentations and resources to reinforce the departments mission and strategies.
  • Leads initiatives to develop optimize and improve processes associated systems/applications training and communications.
  • Collaborates with the Biotech Portfolio Leads to support their partnership needs including initiatives process optimization tool development and meeting support.
  • Leads gatherings whether online or in person to assist the biotech industry.
  • Leads and drives small to medium-scale process improvement initiatives.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

Experience

  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5 years).
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of clinical trial operations.

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Familiarity with clinical research and the drug development process.
  • In-depth understanding of procedural documents.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement fundamentals.
  • Solid investigative and analytical skills.
  • Independent worker who can actively engage with senior executives and project groups.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated comprehension of clinical management technology and systems along with proficient computer abilities.
  • Capable of effectively communicating in English both verbally and through written means.
  • Strong social skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Capable of directing and promoting collaboration in a multi-disciplinary and/or multi-cultural team setting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience leading projects and timelines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal mentorship in a dynamic environment.
  • Detailed understanding of regulatory guidelines and directives.
  • Strong creative and critical thinking skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary pay range estimated for this position Trial Patient Solutions Specialist III based inCalifornia is $83000.00$100000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
