We are seeking a leasing professional to market to and tour prospective residents effectively showcasing the best features of our apartment community to set it apart. About this opportunity:

• Location: DREAM Space Coast 2825 S Washington Ave Titusville FL 32780
• Compensation: $18-22 Per hour plus bonus opportunities
• Position type: Full-time

What we are looking for in a Leasing Specialist Candidate:

• Must represent & promote our core values
• Ability to work weekends and occasionally evenings.
• Ability to market the community and guerrilla market daily to cultivate relationships within the community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A candidate should ideally have a background in Real Estate Asset/Property Management
• 1 year previous leasing experience on a Class A lease-up required.
• Solid leasing sales and marketing skills
• Multifamily experience is preferred
• Appfolio experience is a plus
• Social Media experience is imperative.

What you will do as a Leasing Specialist:

• Be able to organize and prepare residents events while maintaining positive resident relations.
• Responsible for the leasing activity for DREAM Space Coast through lead generation lead follow-up outreach marketing and providing stellar prospect and resident service
• Lease available apartments by showing apartments creating appointments performing follow-up answering phones and responding to emails
• Consistent communication with the Community Manager
• Perform prospecting for new residents by performing outreach
• Maintain ethical professional and courteous relations with residents teammates and contractors
• Help manage the administration of activities related to the physical operation of the property
• Be a key contributor to the attainment of all management company goals
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Senior Director
