Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Pricing and Promotion MDM
In this role you will be working as an SME for the process. You will be responsible for all the activities related to Pricing and Promo MDM domain.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate update of all Pricing and Promotion records. Responsible for delivering all the tasks on-time every-time. Ensure that the schedule is reviewed as circumstances change. (timeliness)
Investigating Pricing and Claims raised by Suppliers - Trading Terms Pricing
Take ownership of performance against all the assigned Pricing and Promotion processes and key categories
Process pricing conditions or rebate agreements creation/change requests in SAP after execution of relevant approvals
Cooperate with team members responsible for other Pricing areas to ensure efficiency of the process
Research on errors and participate in creating the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) documentation.
Perform peer to peer Quality check for accuracy and compliance.
Client management and to lead Client calls /Escalation management
Propose opportunities for improvement Pricing and Promotion
Plan & support Transitions and ensure First Time Right
Ensure that all the reports are maintained and cleared on time
Developing and improving business processes through tools metrics to enable decision making Raise incident tickets to the relevant helpdesks when there is an issue
Participate in idea generation and improvement activities
Good knowledge of governing policies around Pricing and promotion as per the area of work
Good analytical skills propose process improvement plans
Ensure all Data Quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met
Identifies areas for data quality and process improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction process control and improvement or process design strategies
Time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines and balance competing priorities along with helping the team balance work expectations
Candidates should be capable of working through large number of requests managing deadlines along with competitive priorities

Minimum Qualifications
Experience Relevant Experience
Education: Bachelors degree
Good Working Knowledge and hands on in SAP S4 HANA/ECC/PMR Fiori
A high degree of motivation excellent analytical and conceptual skills and customer-oriented style of working describe you
You possess strong communication skills and a good sense of responsibility
Team player with strong analytical cooperation and communication skills
Self-Motivated
Enjoyment working in a dynamic team
Very good English language skills
Flexible with Shift timings
Should have good knowledge of Pricing data requirements

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Have a continuous improvement mind set and support improvement projects from data perspective
Advanced use of MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Great at communication collaboration
Flexible organized multi- task team player
Analytical Problem Solving Excel Good Communication able to work individually
Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
High Energy level
Retail Merchandise & BWS Category can be added advantage
