Your Responsibilities

  • You will plan execute and optimize paid campaigns across various channels like Google Meta Twitter TikTok programmatic and affiliates.
  • You will design launch and manage A/B tests to improve funnel conversion rates.
  • You will monitor analyze and report on campaign performance using data to optimize for ROI.
  • You will develop KPIs for acquisition retention and lifetime value.
  • You will collaborate closely with product design and engineering teams to create compelling user journeys.
  • You will identify and test new growth opportunities across emerging platforms.
  • You will manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize impact.
  • You will stay ahead of performance marketing and fintech trends to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

What Success looks like

  • Drive measurable user acquisition and retention with consistent ROI across campaigns.
  • Achieve defined KPIs for acquisition conversion retention and lifetime value.
  • Successfully identify and scale at least 23 new growth channels or experiments every quarter.
  • Deliver accurate data-driven reporting that supports decision-making and strategy.
  • Continuously improve funnel conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.

To be considered for this role you should have

  • Demonstrated 3-5 years of experience as a Performance/Growth Marketer in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • and nbsp;Proven track record in managing multi-channel paid campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing metrics attribution and funnel performance.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics Hubspot Amplitude and A/B testing platforms.
  • strong attention to detail and a numbers-first mindset.
  • and nbsp;Excellent collaboration skills across design product and engineering teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a data-driven marketing approach.
