Nous recrutons un Ambition Lead Oncologie Poumon (H/F)
Missions :
Conformément aux politiques de lentreprise aux règles éthiques et aux procédures il/elle aura pour mission permanente de :
Contribuer dès la conception des études de phase III (cest-à-dire 3 à 5 ans avant lautorisation de mise sur le marché future) à la préparation de lécosystème de santé français pour les futures indications dune aire thérapeutique sous la responsabilité du Medical Early Development Project Manager en :
Contribuer sous la direction du Medical Early Development Project Manager à définir et exécuter un plan stratégique national sur 3 à 5 ans en collaboration avec léquipe transversale (médical accès au marché réglementaire diagnostic et marketing) pour chaque indication/produit (Gold /- Silver).
Être le leader dans la construction du plan transversal Tumor Ambition afin dassurer une vision stratégique et un déploiement coordonné des activités pour toutes les indications dune aire thérapeutique intégrant lambition à long terme de la Franchise et en cohérence avec la stratégie globale ainsi quavec lenvironnement local.
Garantir la continuité de la planification et une exécution sans faille du lancement commercial en assurant la transition vers les équipes marketing et transversales au moment du BSP (Business Strategy Plan).
Garantir une gouvernance efficace de la Franchise de laire thérapeutique ainsi que son animation et le suivi des décisions prises (suivi ESN).
Assurer lalignement et la coordination de tous les projets doncologie dans laire thérapeutique en se concentrant sur les besoins des professionnels de santé.
Assurer un suivi budgétaire rigoureux.
Votre profil :
Formation :
Bac 5 (école de commerce ingénieur pharma Master ou formation scientifique équivalente).
Expérience :
Minimum 5 ans dans lindustrie pharmaceutique idéalement en oncologie ou spécialités hospitalières
Lancements de produits et projets innovants
Collaboration cross-fonctionnelle réussie dans un environnement international
Expérience en gestion de projet transverse (exigée).
Capacités clés :

Solide base scientifique.
Compétences :

To contribute since the design of phases III (i.e : 3 to 5 years before the future marketing authorization) to the readiness of the French health ecosystem for future indications of a therapeutic area under the leadership of the Medical Early Development project manager by :
Influencing global teams about the design of phase III studies in collaboration with the the cross-functional team (commercial regulatory diagnostic and market access) via the local RTT or IBTrepresentative
Anticipating the necessary market shaping activities (i.e: understanding of the patient care journey understanding the roles od the different HCPs involved in the treatment strategy knowing the patients advocacy groups (PAGs) involved.
Contributing to the deployment of ambitious long-term projects enabling fast and long term access to drug (i.e: assessment and implementation of early access data generation implementation of a new diagnostic test)
To contribute under the leadership of the Medical Early Development Project Manager to define and execute of a 3-5 year national strategic plan in collaboration with the cross-functional team (medical market access regulatory diagnostic and marketing) for each indication/product (Gold /- Silver)
To be the leader in building the Tumor Ambition cross-functional plan to ensure a strategic vision and the coordinated deployment of activities for all the indications of a Therapeutic Area integrating Franchise long-term ambition and in consistency with the global strategy and the local environment.
To guarantee the continuity of planning and flawless execution of the commercial launch by ensuring a handover to marketing and cross-functional teams at the time a BSP.
To ensure the efficient governance of therapeutic area Franchise as well as its animation and monitoring of the decisions taken (ESN follow-up)
To ensure alignment and coordination of all oncology projects in the therapeutic area focusing on the health care professionals needs.
To ensure rigorous budget monitoring
Your Profile:
Education:
Masters degree (Business school Engineering school Pharmacy Masters degree or equivalent scientific background).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry ideally in oncology or hospital specialties
Experience in product launches and innovative projects
Successful cross-functional collaboration in an international environment
Experience in managing transversal projects (required).
