This program is designed for hungry ambitious individuals who want to accelerate their skills confidence and earnings in the insurance field.

Who Should Apply:
- Licensed 240 or 215 insurance agents
- Unlicensed individuals are welcome mentorship includes guidance to get licensed and we may be able to have your full course and licensing fees waived

Criminal History & Licensing Disclosure:
- Certain criminal convictions may affect eligibility for an insurance license
- Applicants with a criminal history should review state insurance licensing requirements and may still be eligible for mentorship and training

Requirements
- Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience
- Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile fire life property medical etc)
- Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
- Proven ability to work with goals
- Demonstrated ability to communicate present influence and sell effectively
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
- High school or BS degree
