In business intelligence at PwC you will focus on leveraging data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. You will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimise business performance and enhance competitive advantage.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Data and Analytics Senior Associate to support the design and development of innovative technical solutions in the people domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a solid foundation in data technologies and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement data and analytics solutions to meet business needs.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Apply machine learning AI and generative models to solve complex business problems.
Perform data interrogation and transformation using tools such as SQL and Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data quality governance and compliance with internal standards.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics Data Science Computer Science or a related field.
Technical proficiency (at least 2 years of hands-on experience) with Alteryx and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of and/or basic proficiency in other technologies including but not limited to Python SQL Microsoft Azure Microsoft Power Apps other machine learning AI generative models data pipelines and analytics platforms.
Experience in designing and developing technical solutions in the data and analytics area.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills both written and verbal (in English).
Flexibility to work across time zones and support global clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

MSc in a relevant field.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP.
Experience working in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
