Job Title: Lead Mitigation Technician / Mitigation Supervisor
Location: Paul Davis Restoration of Downriver Detroit
Type: Full-Time Field-Based On-Call Rotation Required
- Respond to new emergency losses quickly and lead on-site execution
- Handle inspections demo moisture mapping extraction equipment setup
- Maintain field documentation (DASH Xactimate Docusketch)
- Coordinate with the team to ensure jobs run on time and under control
- Lead and train mitigation techs delegate tasks and set quality standards
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response
- Assist in post-mitigation cleaning contents or estimating as needed
- Strong mitigation experience (water fire mold storm damage)
- Ability to lead a small crew in the field with professionalism and calm
- Confidence with documentation systems like DASH Xactimate or similar
- Reconstruction or handyman experience is a major bonus
- Comfortable with on-call rotation and handling after-hours calls
- You can lift 75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
