Pay Rate: $22/hr. to $25/hr. based on experience

• Boutique- Designer handbags fine jewelry trendy accessories with brands like Coach LVMH Marc Jacobs Supreme Essential Alo Swarovski and Pandora

What youll be doing

• Active: On the floor about 85% of time
• Sales: Assist educate customers with jewelry designer clothing and accessory buying decisions
• Monitor: Analyze sales performance data identify areas for improvement
• Train: Primary trainer for new and current sales associates
• Kickoff: Motivate associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Right-hand: For Manager e.g. minor people issues merit review insights

What we want from you

• Experience: 2 years in a leadership role; preferably in jewelry/designer retail sales environment
• Knowledge: Designer clothing and accessory brands trends product availability and value
• Process: Be role model and leader of exceptional customer service
• Connect: Positively engage team & interact with departments to implement sales promotions
• Tech: Comfortable with point-of-sale and inventory control system technology
