Job Summary
Summary:
The Automotive Lube Technician must be able to offer excellent customer service and perform services on vehicles with the upmost integrity.
Top Technician Duties:
- Perform all lubrication services.
- Perform thorough check of customers car (i.e. battery lights tires) and provide recommendation for preventive maintenance to Customer
- Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment.
- Ensure that the customers car is kept clean.
- Make certain all equipment is in proper working order.
- Perform necessary preventive maintenance services
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Must be able and comfortable communicatingwith customers using exceptional customer service

- Effectively communicate with the other staff using our code system.
- Must be honest and reliable
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude
- Must be able to lift push pull and bend up to50 pounds
- Must be able to endure repetitive reaching over head and bending
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work inside and outside in extreme weather conditions
- Must be flexible and able to work weekends
- Must be able to work 10-12 hour days
