Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Senior Associate or Counsel
A top-rated law firm seeks a senior associate or counsel to join their dynamic and growing Real Estate practice in their Boston Connecticut or New York office locations.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 5-10 years experience representing companies developers franchisees investors and other entities in sophisticated real estate matters with a focus on commercial leasing franchise and distribution and general corporate real estate. Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and broader experience in the acquisition disposition development and financing of commercial properties is required. Experience representing franchisees including reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements renewals and transfers as well as experience in the acquisition of assets and general corporate tasks is highly preferred.
