Key Responsibilities:Project Management Oversight:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to maintain high standards and effective communication.

Resource Allocation:

• Optimize labor materials and equipment to maximize efficiency and productivity across all projects.

Budget Management:

• Oversee project budgets control costs and implement strategies to ensure profitability.

Team Leadership:

• Hire train and manage team members fostering a positive growth-oriented work environment.
• Inspire and motivate staff to achieve project goals and maintain company standards.

Client Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage client expectations and address concerns with professionalism and clarity.

Vendor and Subcontractor Relations:

• Negotiate contracts maintain productive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors and oversee schedules and payments.
• Ensure all subcontractors are compliant with licensing workers compensation and general liability requirements.

Payment Management:

• Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments to support financial stability and project cash flow.

Permitting and Compliance:

• Manage the permitting process ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained in compliance with local regulations.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards building codes and environmental regulations.

Operational Strategy:

• Develop and refine processes and procedures for efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations reduce costs and enhance overall efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills in both languages.
