Key Responsibilities:Project Management Oversight:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to maintain high standards and effective communication.
Resource Allocation:
- Optimize labor materials and equipment to maximize efficiency and productivity across all projects.
Budget Management:
- Oversee project budgets control costs and implement strategies to ensure profitability.
Team Leadership:
- Hire train and manage team members fostering a positive growth-oriented work environment.
- Inspire and motivate staff to achieve project goals and maintain company standards.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client expectations and address concerns with professionalism and clarity.
Vendor and Subcontractor Relations:
- Negotiate contracts maintain productive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors and oversee schedules and payments.
- Ensure all subcontractors are compliant with licensing workers compensation and general liability requirements.
Payment Management:
- Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments to support financial stability and project cash flow.
Permitting and Compliance:
- Manage the permitting process ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards building codes and environmental regulations.
Operational Strategy:
- Develop and refine processes and procedures for efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations reduce costs and enhance overall efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills in both languages.
