At Rockline Industries were looking for a seasoned operations leader to oversee our high-performing wet wipe manufacturing plant in Booneville AR. This is a hands-on strategic role where your ability to lead teams optimize processes and deliver results will be recognized and rewarded.
With over 15 years of commitment to the Booneville community Rockline Industries also operates four additional facilities across the U.S. a wholly owned subsidiary in Morristown TN and maintains an international operations footprint. Heres how you will make an impact:
- Provide overall leadership for the Booneville Operations promoting RRITE principals throughout the organization. Set vision and strategic goals/objectives align resources and develop people. Establish and support objectives and drive improvement in key performance indicators
- Develop and support a zero-incident safety culture - support the pursuit of zero injuries zero health risk and zero environmental impact.
- Promote product quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Ensure adherence to global quality and regulatory product quality requirements
- Develop and maintain a continuous improvement culture. Identify evaluate and implement manufacturing cost reduction. Support lean manufacturing concepts tools and techniques and high-performance work systems.
- Collaborate with R&D and Sales and Marketing in Business Teams to ensure plant profitability and effective utilization. Support Sales and Operations Planning activities to ensure we have the correct resources to meet manufacturing demands including capital and staffing.
- Recruit train and retain human talent to achieve corporate and site strategies. Develop and implement systems to support.
- Foster communication and cooperation with all business units and global company functions (Quality Procurement Sales R&D CSAs etc.)
- Establish budgets and maintain ongoing monthly operational expenses. Support annual expense and capital budgeting process.
Required attributes:
- Bachelors degree and 12 years of manufacturing operations experience in progressive leadership positions; OR Masters degree and 10 years of manufacturing operations experience in progressive leadership positions
- Proficiency in the following areas:
- Financial and capital budgeting and management
- Strategic planning
- Effective relationship management
- Proven leadership
- Organizational design and development
- Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
- Experience in the following is preferred:
- 3-5 years leadership of high-speed converting
