People Operations Manager
Role Overview: The People Operations Manager will oversee the systems processes and programs that create an exceptional employee experience across all studios and Reformed Pilates staff. This role balances strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution ensuring consistency compliance and culture as the company continues to grow. The People Operations Manager will directly lead and develop the HR Coordinator while partnering with leadership to build scalable systems for hiring training benefits and engagement. This role is ideal for a strong people leader who thrives on structure accountability and culture-building.
What Youll Do:
- Lead & Develop Teams Lead Manage and Hold Accountable (LMA) the HR Coordinator while partnering with leadership to align people initiatives talent development and succession planning with company goals.
- Oversee HR Operations Ensure compliant efficient execution of payroll benefits policies and employee relations while serving as the point of contact for HR vendors and systems.
- Drive Talent & Growth Support recruiting onboarding and the creation of the Reformed Pilates University (RPU) leadership programs. Foster leadership development and career pathopportunities across the organization.
- Champion Culture & Engagement Plan orientations events and recognition programs while launching initiatives that strengthen connection retention and alignment with company values.

The Skills & Experience Youll Need:
- Experience: 4 6 years of progressive experience in People Operations HR or related fields (experience in multi-location operations is strongly preferred). Prior leadership or management experience with responsibility for supervising staff. Strong knowledge of HR compliance benefits and employee relations.
- Skills:Skilled in developing and delivering training and professional development programs.Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable balancing strategic projects with day-to-day operations.
- Availability: This is a full time 40-hour/week job based in our home office in Old Town Scottsdale AZ.
