Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Charleston SC 29414
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Schedule:
Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Every other weekend required
Pay Rate:
Travel: $60/hour (including stipend)
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery (L&D)for an exciting job in Charleston SC.
Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled and compassionate care to laboring mothers newborns and families.
Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs assess labor progression and respond to complications.
Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies.
Assist physicians and midwives during labor delivery and recovery.
Provide education and emotional support to patients and families regarding childbirth and postpartum care.
Maintain accurate detailed documentation of patient care and outcomes.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements:
Active South Carolina RN license or a compact RN license (non-SC permanent residents only).
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (AHA).
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Previous Labor & Delivery nursing experience strongly preferred.
