Job Description

Full-Time 2 to 4 weeks of onsite onboarding followed by a transition to work-from-home Day Shift (HK Timezone)
Location:
Eastwood Libis Quezon City
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM HK Timezone

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to join our Base Station the heart of our support operations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of key administrative functions supporting both our restaurant teams and our central operations. You will be a key point of contact juggling travel arrangements company secretarial duties and guest feedback with finesse.

What Youll Do:

  • Travel Guru:
    • Coordinate and book all travel arrangements (flights hotels transport visas) for our team both locally and internationally.
    • Negotiate with travel vendors to get the best possible rates ensuring were always being smart with our resources.
    • Maintain detailed travel records and ensure all bookings are in line with company policy.
  • Company Secretary Support:
    • Assist with the preparation and filing of company registration documents.
    • Maintain accurate records of all company licenses certifications and important documents.
  • Guest Experience Champion:
    • Act as a central point for logging and flagging guest complaints received by our food delivery team.
    • Ensure all complaints are tracked and directed to the relevant teams for resolution.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Administrator: You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Master Organizer: Your organizational skills are second to none and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Whiz: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Youre proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and comfortable using travel booking platforms.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Problem Solver: Youre proactive resourceful and always ready to find solutions.
  • Sense of Urgency: Demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks effectively respond promptly to needs and take timely action to ensure goals and deadlines are consistently met.
  • A Team Player: Youre collaborative supportive and enjoy working as part of a team.
