Job Summary
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Craig CO
Hours: 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $1125 per week
Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming mobility feeding).
Administer medications safely under QMAP certification.
Monitor record and report changes in residents conditions.
Support residents independence and dignity.
Follow facility policies safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare team for quality care.
Requirements:
Active CNA license (CO state).
QMAP certification required.
Experience in group home or similar care preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate reliable adaptable to variable shifts.
