Responsibilities
Build relationships with customers and guide them through the car buying process
Assist customers in finding the rightnew or pre-owned vehiclebased on their needs
Stay up-to-date onMazda and Kia product knowledge features and technology
Perform professional test drives and product demonstrations
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
Maintain a positive customer-first attitude every day
Qualifications
Previous experience insales hospitality customer service retail or related fieldspreferred (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and a positive energetic personality
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
