We are seeking a System Administrator to provide implementation troubleshooting and maintenance support for Information Technology (IT) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in troubleshooting operations and configuration with proven experience managing IT infrastructure across UNIX and Windows environments. This role requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure the reliability performance and integrity of client/server storage network and mobile systems.

Description
We are seeking a System Administrator to provide implementation troubleshooting and maintenance support for Information Technology (IT) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in troubleshooting operations and configuration with proven experience managing IT infrastructure across UNIX and Windows environments. This role requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure the reliability performance and integrity of client/server storage network and mobile systems.
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification diagnosis and resolution
- Support escalation processes and communicate status to agency management and internal customers
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform system capacity analysis and planning
- Support dispatch system operations and resolve hardware-related issues
- Troubleshoot IT systems with in-depth technical expertise
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems including installation troubleshooting network configuration and performance enhancements
- Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets
Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience
Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexityis required. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university isrequired. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.

- Scripting Experience (Ansible preferred Bash acceptable)
- AWS Experience/Knowledge
