Early Years Apprentice Level 3

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team at Kings Ash Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is caring motivated and eager to learn while gaining hands-on experience in a vibrant early years setting.

As an apprentice youll work towards achieving your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification while playing a key role in supporting our youngest learners to thrive in a safe nurturing and stimulating environment.

What Youll Do:

• Support the learning play and development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Help create a warm engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
• Develop positive relationships with children parents and staff
• Promote the wellbeing and safety of all pupils
• Gain practical experience under the guidance of experienced Early Years staff

What Youll Need:

• A genuine interest in working with young children
• A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• GCSE or Functional Skills (Grade 4/C or Level 2) in Maths and English
• Commitment to completing the Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
