The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for First-Line Facilities Multi Services Managers (Level K) to support the Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics (MOS&L) organization supporting the 737 Commercial Airplane Program onsite in Renton Washington on 1st and/or 3rd shifts.
The successful candidate will manage work teams with a varied work statement including Equipment Services Motive Operations Crane Operations Airplane Assist Shim and Router shops Tooling shops Production Assist NW Dispatch Center Innovation Center and many more.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and executes Standard Work and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management and leads process improvements
Follows and implements the Boeing Production System
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers business partners and direct reports
Manages develops and motivates employees utilizing the Boeing Production System
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in Aerospace Fabrication or manufacturing environment
3 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
1 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint)
Willing and able to work any shift (primarily 1st and/or 3rd shift)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Associates degree or higher
1 years of experience mentoring coaching guiding and leading teams
1 years of experience in equipment maintenance
1 years of experience leading or managing in a union represented environment
