Position Summary: The Vice President of On-Location Marketing will oversee all event and retail marketing strategies and efforts to strengthen Leaf Homes market position and achieve desired business goals. This role serves as a leader coach mentor and motivator. The VP will direct and manage their staff to exceed performance goals and operate at an incredibly high level of efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Workclosely with the Chief Commercial Officer to define implement and manage marketing strategy craft messaging review budget and set short- and long-term goals for all Leaf Home product lines.
- Maintainbrand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.
- Identifycompetitors evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies.
- Workclosely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Responsiblefor increasing year-over-year topline revenue and bottom-line margin.
- Responsiblefor revenue and expenditure forecasting.
- Createnecessary reports and provide feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
- Performsother duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education training and experience.
- 10 years of experience in a managerial role required.
- 10 years of experience in event/on-location marketing.
- 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Must be able to bring best practices to a high-growth company.
- Values teamwork and understands the importance of creating and continuously developing a high-performing team.
- Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping the ball.

Travel Requirements:
- 25%-50% domestic travel required.
Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:
- Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).

- Normal office environment.
- Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
