Job Summary

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Representative with a strong background in the manufacturing or construction industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing territories developing new business and expanding market share. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment understands industrial or construction products and services and builds lasting client relationships. This position starts as hybrid for training then becomes mostly remote.

Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region to expand the companys footprint.
    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
    • Manage and grow existing client relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. estimating engineering operations) to deliver accurate proposals and ensure smooth project execution.
    • Attend trade shows industry events and customer meetings to represent the company and generate leads.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts reports and market feedback to company leadership.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the companys product and service offerings pricing and value proposition.
$100000 - $130000 a year
This position also features an OTE package.
